What you could try is make a test save, disable this mod, then play that test save and see if anything breaks. If it does, you'll know the mod can't be uninstalled mid-save and you can safely reload to before you made the test save.

Generally though, the consensus seems to be that most mods can't be uninstalled mid-save unless specifically mentioned in the description that they can be. Still, it's worth a try.

i did try it, it's fine to get rid of mid save cuz it's only for changing stats and adding stuff at character creation
