Is this mod abandoned? Last reply I can see from the dev is december of last year and it seems clear from the bug reports that it doesnt work well (or at all) with Biotech?

Most people are recommending to use Character Editor now, which carries most of the same functions if slightly harder to use.

If you're looking in to see if this mod is broken/abandoned, sorry to say it probably is.
