PS. I'm running traditional Chinese Rimworld but I switched back to English and it persists and EdB Prepare Carefully is the only mod I installed

sorry, I have been told and I tested that if I retake the quest on original English Rimworld it would be fine.
So it is not a bug for Edb Prepare Carefully.:steammocking:

This is the Chinese version. The first mod installed was Edb Prepare Carefully.
