You'll need to dig through the filesystem on your computer to find the presets and saved colonists, but you can definitely share them. On Windows, it's usually in this folder: "c:\Users\{your user name}\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\PrepareCarefully". Note that the "AppData" folder is a hidden folder by default, so you may not see it if you haven't made hidden folders visible. Just copy the files from there and drop them in the same location on the other computer.

I'm not sure where the files are stored on Mac and Linux--maybe someone else can help out with an answer on that.

Thank you! This will save my friends and I a lot of trouble of remaking each others characters.

for mac you can find them at /Users/(yourusername)/Library/Application Support/RimWorld/PrepareCarefully all files should be there.
