Shop not appearing in the outpost
I seem to be having an issue with Neo and the storage vendor not appearing in the outpost. They spawned once then both disappeared and I havent been able to get them back, Ive tried reinstalling but to no avail.

I'm having a sort of similar problem, the mod worked fine a few months ago, but recently when i've gotten back into starbound the shop and npc simply isn't there; the outpost is entirely unmodified.

Edit: I've been informed that I need to do some questing for it to appear, which is news to me. Will edit this again if this works.

Yeah, turns out you need to complete the Erchius Facility quest for it to appear.
