Linking chests to crafting tables so that materials don't need to be in your inventory
I already posted this idea on Starbound's modding board, but I figured it can't hurt to also post it here as your mod already seems pretty close to what I'd like.

Instead of needing to run to a chest to get the materials to craft something, the crafting table (linked to a beacon, in the case of your mod) would just look through all of the containers on your ship, instead of just your inventory, and pull them from there if needed.

Just an idea, I don't know modding so I don't know if this would be a pain to do or anything.

So I take it since you've made this comment, What I'm looking for doesn't exist yet..? (Same as what you guys are asking for, a way to container inventory craft)

I was also looking for a similar mod that allows me to easily cook with the ingredients i have....

UInfortunately, this Mod does not do what you are asking for. I'm guessing that would requiring patching every crafting table, which sounds like a lot of work. Maybe you'd have more success asking the SB devs if they could integrate that into the vanilla game...
