As for the issue: Yes, there is a bug with uninstalling crashlanding mod in certain situations. To fix it, you should delete all scenarios, created from Crashlanding scenarios, BEFORE uninstalling this mod.
There is a warning at the end of mod description, but it seems that people miss it. Lets hope that this discussion bring more attention.
