any chance you can make this accessible through a quest? another mod did that but it got removed
i think the quest could be triggered any time after the floran mission... and what it did was, it would completely wipe your ship and replace it with a platform so you won't just fall and die
... you could make it replace with a generic race ship design maybe?

this would also allow players to use this mod mid-game without deleting your shipworld manually xD but it also would leave behind any custom placed blocks behind, i think

Expanding on this suggestion, this quest could also open some sort of hangar for ships. Along with being able to access the default ship, you could also be able to save custom ship designs. Being able to build new ships without having to tear down your current one would be very nice.

I would like to suggest adding a wire output so people can make automatic alarms/airlocks.

Ooops, sorry, yes. My mistake, I completely forgot....

wires where added to all gun turrets (to switch between two on and off animation states) and the life support (to detect breaches. will be out soon, once we wrap up the last bits.

Features I would love to see:

1)The ability to craft the custom race S.A.I.L. and get the pets that go with them

2) Support for the Munari race found here:

also if theres a way to revert back to the original ship incase you liked the original, i know thats ironic but thats my request.

i guess you can revert back to vanilla ship if you follow the procedure linked in the comments, but just in the corresponding reverse order. (move stuff to planet, backup save game, uninstall mod, replace or delete shipworld file, patch your new ship up to latest shiplevel using the items shipT<x>)

The Life Support is a nice realism aspect, but could you please make an addon or separate version that doesn't have it?

Can you tone down the volume of the life support somehow? Also, the space jetpack gives my ears a siezure XD

Love this mod reguardless, and thank you for your time and effort.
