Is this normal ?
So i downloaded this mod which is awesome, and started a new character, but once i went into the outpost, i saw that all the shops that would normally be locked are open ? Is this a bug or is my save file corrupt or something like that?

EDIT: Also all of the NPCs you meet in the storyline are there waiting in the ark. and the portal to the last boss is also open.

universe is the same between all characters would work like this with or without Avali
this way you can visit the villages you make and planets you destroy on different characters

Hmm i wish i knew that before, so this thread is now a bust. They could have made it so the outpost resets for every character atleast.

That would be hard because of the peer to peer gameplay Chuckle fish added.

the latter issue is COMPLETELY normal i assure u. (i had same thng while starting new vanilla characters.)

it started doing that for me too once i got the spooky tweaks mod.
