MEM on mods.paradoxplaza
I've noticed that MEM seems to be a bit outdated on the mod page on paradox:

It was never uploaded by any of us. Must have been done when they where testing the platform. Meaning neither of us has any access to that item. Maintaining uploads on multiple platforms would be too much of a hassle for me anyways.
