MEM overwrites very little so it should be compatible with most things out there. Although it might not account correctly for new planet classes.

MEM causing some issue with Planetary Diversity always when i survey planet from PD mod i get 0 districts or only city district sometimes i get other but 90 % of planet get like 0 districts. If i disable MEM planets get normal amount of districs.

I am using the MEM and Planetary Diversity mods together and it seems to have the planetary shield floats below the planet issue.

I use both of these with no issues.

For my part the planetary shield floats over the planet...
