You are supposed to get a quest after watching it shroud, de-shroud and shroud again. So, patience, I guess.

It's a bit wonky at a times, but it mostly works, just don't forget to rebuild observation post.

how long does the deshrouding take?

I don't remember exact length of the loop, but all around it took me about 100 years to witness the full cycle.

They won't deshround if someone who tool a hostile action controls the system, be it bombing, invading or trying to inflitrate, indocrinate or uplift them.

so basically if you do any of the active pushing...just unclaim the system for a bit?

Totally narco-ing this thread but....what your saying is, if I invade and subjugate the system, all in the effort to give them a better life in eternal servitude to the mighty Imperial Commonwealth....they go "shroud" and I never see them again.

Damn cowards.
