Is it possible to remove the Bleak modifier from the crystal infestation without terraforming?
The world affected by it is a Gaia World (got the ancient terraforming vanilla event), so I have no intention of manually terraforming it. And it's also an agri-world so the modifier hurts a bit more than usual.

The bleak modifier is there to stay if you take that decision. The only way to avoid it would have been to remove the crystals altogether.
