How would it mesh with other items?
Only thing I'm wondering how would it work with the buff banner or other banners like that?

like the demomans wee booties or the bootlegger you'll have to use a different secoudry.

It's a cosmetic. Most likely, valve will do something if they add it in, that removes the buff banner and other back secondaries.

Maybe it will just have the flag of the related banner item pop out of it instead?

When you equip a backpack weapon, this cosmetic would not be equipable, like for demo and his boot weapons.

i think it would be cool if the weapon went inside the pack along with the files. Hopefully it wouldnt tear them up though :)
