Looks cool. The only problem I see with this is, from afar players might not be able to make out details and mistakenly think the Soldier is wearing the buff banner or the parachute weapon slot item. Which would be confusing, because players have to be able to make out iconic weapon shapes.

So far Valve only added backpacks as cosmetic items for classes like the Engineer or Pyro who don't have a backpack-shaped weapon slot item.

i think it should regen one ammo per second like the cozy camper as a secondary

@Johnny64 It just wouldn't be able to be equipped with the backpack weapons and vice versa.
Just how you can't wear any of Demoman's boot cosmetics with the boot weapons and vice versa.

Nice but... I wonder how this (on a misc. slot) gonna work with the other backpacks (used as secondary weapons)...
