That issue was one we fought with for a while, and I'm sorry to hear that it's still an issue. Can you provide more details about which mods you are running so I can investigate?

Can you provide any more details about how in particular the mods aren't working? We do run these through QA testing -- I run tests personally, we have some volunteer QA testers, and 2K QA runs through them as well, so we're not just "pushing them out". That said, we can't test for every possible situation, so there's going to be some glitches...
Just in case - it had worked fine with other custom classes and I barely modified my mod list since than. Clean walkthrough ofc.
Now, that I have only your class mod, I have 4 vanila classes, spark, and your 3 new ones in the class selection list. 3 new classes operate normaly, only those vanila named bug.
To summirize my problem: If I get one of your modified vanila classes naturaly on promotion - it seems to work fine. When I try to pick it from the list with commanders choice - it bugs and picks old class/picks only part of changes. Three new classes work fine both ways.
The commander's choice repick seems to be the issue. When you repick to one of the four original classes, you do not get the updated 3 choices etc.
I have to go to the armory to see what I click on.
The only mods I have are the long war laser, smg and perk packs.
