"Flashbanger" Has Serious Issues, Loss of Utility Items in Inventory
The flashbanger perk on my specialist does some interesting things to her inventory. I think it can overwrite things in your inventory. I noticed one time when I used the 'make utility items available button' it overwrote the skulljack item in her inventory and I actually had to spend time and resources making another one which is unfortunate.

I should note that since that happened I have left my specialist's inventory alone with just a skull jack and medkit and not used the 'make utility items available' button on the squad loadout screen and I have not had this issue occur if you're looking for a quick fix

The perk I find also seems to duplicate flash bangs in my inventory, I now have 5 flashbangs in my inventory when I only remember building 2 at most!

The specialist also has access to two flashbangs in mission when the perk description says that only one should be given...

Has anyone else had some funny issues with this perk?
Is it exclusive to flashbanger or can it also happen with smoker?

Yea this basically made me lose the best Legendary / Ironman campaign I've had. I lost my Skulljack to this bug when Alien Victory was Imminent and thus could not reduce the Avatar Progress by Skulljacking a Codex.

Same issue, not sure if smoker derps items but i can use it twice sometimes as well.

The issue with the "free" flashbangs and smoke grenades after a mission has been corrected and will be in the next update. We don't have any reason to think items going missing in the strategy game has anything to do with this perk, though; the perk has zero to do with the make utility items available button.

I would be carefull with statement " It has nothing to with it", your flashbangs aslo deleted two of my items, but my guess is that the cause is by flashbangs popping all over your stash, so its most likely to be fixed with the patch nevertheless. Altough, I cant confirm nor disregard this... so I guess time will show.

I've been having issues too. I haven't lost anything, but by using the button I do have extra flashbangs, smokes, and even sting grenades added to the strategic inventory that I can equip on anyone, which is not very balanced.
