Q:
How do I make myself admin?

A:
Go to the console and type:
ulx adduser "your name" superadmin

I was a total idiot and banned myself... PLEASE HELP!

A:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\ulib
and delete the bans.txt file....

You cant with this addon but you can download something like this:
