Ion Radial settings won't pop up in 'Edit keys' setting
I installed this and researched why it wont come up in my settings, it still doesn't work. In 'Edit keys' setting the other binding key wont come up, I'm trying to work this with the L4D bots but it just doesn't work.

You have some conflicting add-on installed.

Today many add-ons use the easy and convenient way to offer keybindings using Edit Keys/Buttons window in Options. When two or more add-ons use this feature, they will conflict, but for some unknown reason L4D2 sometimes won't show the conflict in Add-ons main menu.

These are some things you can do:

  • Disable add-ons one by one until you find which one is making you the problem. It could be really anything, even campaigns (Death From Above is known to make a conflict), but most logical would be add-ons which have radial menus.

  • If you don't have many add-ons, it would be easier to disable all of them except vocalizer. Then go set up vocalizer buttons after which you can re-enable all your add-ons.

  • It's possible to set up keybindings using console if you know how to use it. Check out this discussion post for exact console commands.
