is there an easy to follow tutorial anywhere
so im kind of like, stupid, and i cant seem to find stuff in the files to help me bind any voicelines, i would use one of the premade menus but some of them dont have specific voicelines i want

You can't bind a voice line directly to the key. You can only bind radial menu which use "vocalize" commands to call predefined lines.

well yeah thats what i mean but i don’t understand where to go to do these things or how to do them

like i said, im kind of stupid, i wanted to set a bunch of voicelines to a specific character radial but i dont know how to do that

About finding vocalize commands which are not covered in this guide, I'm afraid your on your own. You will need to understand how game's Response System (talker) works.
