Problem with the Character-specific voicelines
I've been having an issue with the "Character-specific" voicelines where no matter what key I bind, they never work. And it's only the Character-specific voicelines, the others such as "miscellaneous" work perfectly.

From HOW TO USE section of the add-on description:

Press and hold the key for Character selection menu and choose your current character. After that, you'll be able to use its character-specific menus.

the truth is minimal problems outside of jokes is very good the vocalizer is very funny!
