Since NPC vocalizations are not said by playable characters, maps must have a special source of sound (like radio, woki toki, "invisible speaker", event trigger etc) which will play NPCs vocalizations. For example, invisible speaker is usually at the beginning of the maps. If I remember correctly, all official maps have this required source of sound, but this is not the case with many of the custom maps.

NPC menu is not character-specific, so you don't have to select your character prior of using this radial menu.

Also, keep in mind that NPC menu is a limited use menu, which means it will work on servers with my vocalizer installed. The easiest case is if you start your locally hosted server or play single player game.

I don't understand anything you said, so if the npc thing doesnt work why do you still have it in the mod?

Your bug report suggests that you need an orator entity with the specific targetname of "churchguy" which only exists on Death Toll Chapter 3, AND, they only work after you touched the door. While this vocalizer mod appears to fire the concept, it still needs to follow all of the criterions for the response to actually fire.

Not really. Vocalizer calls my custom-made responses for NPCs which have no restictions in their criteria.
