Can't use certain binds/ can't find the vocalizer section in options
I have been experiencing a problem with the vocalizer not showing certain radial menus in local servers or single player. I can't find the vocalizer section in key binds either. I know that there is a process that can make it work again, but it's tedious and repetitive. Any way you could fix this?

Radial menus not showing happens when the menus aren't binded to the keys, or in the case of Character-specific menus, when you haven't selected your character first (from Character selection radial menu). It doesn't depend on the server you play on.

If you don't see the vocalizer section in the Options menu (where you set up the key bindings), then you probably have conflicting addon installed. Verify it in Add-ons menu or in console.

1. I'll try re-binding the keys later and see if that works.

2. I do not have any addons that conflict with this mod, so I know that that isn't the issue
