- Ship Builders: Ship Hull + 150 percent, Ship Upkeep -50 percent, Ship Build Speed 20 percent faster, Ship Build Cost 25 percent less expensive

Fixed error in Shielding Experts, now it will trigger and provide the appropriate bonus.

Added 3 new admiral traits and one military ruler trait.
- Logistics Master: -50 percent ship upkeep
- Hold... Hold...: -20 percent weapons range, + 100 percent damage
- God of Naval Warfare(rare): -50 percent fire rate, +200 percent damage, +100 percent ship hull, +100 percent shield hp, -75 percent upkeep
Enhanced the values of some other traits and increased some penalties.
I'm also playing with line colors in the localisaziaitioinii(sp) files. (Tell me if it's annoying. I kinda like it.)
- Adjusted the values of three traits which played a part in manipulating upkeep values.
