Hey, for about a week now I have a big problem since building cities is a lot less fun without asphalt to paint free spaces. The surface tool icon appears in my tool bar, but when i click asphalt the brush console (to set size and strenght) does not appear. If I try to paint it anyways, terrain gets heightened and lowered instead of becoming a pedestrian way. It still works for other things like props, but not for surface options or resources.
