super aggressive starfleet playthrough
i did it once years back. but how?

to go and militarily dominate like no starfleet has gone before!

militaristic starfleet doctrine. how do you do it?

These days, there's either the Mirror Universe, or Terran Confederacy starts... An aggressive UFP really doesn't work...

You just have to proxy war factions, eventually they break and declare war on you, then you can just rock up and occupy Cardassia with Constitution classes... I'm erm, not speaking from personal experience :D
