in my game with borg, the fallen empires had powerful fleets, including some that were moving to other sectors but they didnt attack me (this was in the last v3.14 mod for stellaris)

It's a base game/vanilla bug.
Deleting the "settings.txt" file and restarting the game will fix this.
C:\Users\yourpcname\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris
Also, make sure to remove your custom empires (move to a different folder or delete).
One last thing, we're probably patching today. :)
make sure to roll back stellaris to 4.0.23, until we've updated the mod to the latest stellaris version
From the diplomacy screen, clicking a planet no longer opens the alien capital—makes navigation slower.
Playing as the Breen, I formed a Martial Coalition with several B/C-tier empires to counter stronger factions, but as president I have 0/600 shared fleet capacity and no option to build a coalition fleet. This feature would really help balance weaker coalitions.
Cloak-detection techs appear far more often than cloak upgrades. My Breen have lvl 3 cloaks (+1 trait) but by 2279 nearly every empire has cloak-nullifying tech effective vs lvl 4. Suggestion: make detection unlock only after analyzing debris from a cloaked battle so cloaks remain useful early-mid game.
To the Developers, I was finally able to get all the information together about the broken Husnock race. It's pretty much unplayable at this point. Odd "Navy size" tags on top of the empire and, after discovering Destroyers, the ships are broken and can't be designed.
Below are the major files from Dropbox. *Please* fix this. The Husnock is a great race to play and also people have reported this problem as well with the Gorn, the Anticans, and probably a few others.

(theres a lot of nice touches to certain events to, for example, if the borg are using intel and fail something, you get an animated clip of picard and data and team, staggering in with phasers raised, to deny them)
If you scroll up a bit you'll see the compatible version number (4.0.23) in this case.
And at the end of the main page (just above "popular discussions" you'll see "Basic Troubleshooting"
So you can either wait for STNH to be updated to the latest version, or you could roll back stellaris to the previous version.
The next STNH update is in the works and is currently being tested. (gotta get rid of all the bugs :)
No DLCs are required to play STNH, but some do add some features.(the entire list can be found on our discord in the "FAQ" channel.
But for the past three weeks, nothing has worked. When I load the mod and start a Game, it crashes and reverts to the desktop.
The mod worked for the first week.
Is an update required, or do I need a specific DLC for the mod to work?

In my Borg run, war exhaustion forced a peace treaty with the Krenim, blocking attacks. This felt un-Borg – they don’t do truces or diplomacy. Could the Borg skip war exhaustion or turn it into a bonus, like an “Assimilation Drive”? Maybe block surrender options or add an event to reset fatigue?
This could make the Borg feel more relentless while keeping balance. Amazing mod – excited for more!
