Trading via Starports???
I may be dumb but i cant figure out how to import certain resources via a starport, where even is that or is it just talking about the market?

It's a planetary decision... Some products do need to be unlocked via a tech before they can be imported though, IIRC...

Also, I believe you need the trading center built on the planet.
