Cannot build NX flagship as confederation of earth
So I started a fresh game, and gotten to the point where I think im supposed to be able to build the NX-01 flagship.
I have the UPS/ASDB and the NX flagship showing up in the ship design menu, but when I click on "Display available flagships" theres nothing there.
Am I doing something wrong?
Edit: I can build both the nx-02 and the nx-06 from the non-flagship option.
