In order to research the member tech, you need to have 3 things. First the science council, 2nd the titan base must be built at earth using the decisions and 3rd, you need the ascension perk for it. I am betting you have done everything except built the titan base. I have done some play testing with the feds, and have had no issues with the member tech by having the 3 things I just listed above.

Yep, haven't unlocked the Titan Base... Just kept forgetting to run the project... Didn't realise they were connected, as there is nothing that says they are...

I'll give that a go and see if it works... Thanks...

And yeah, that did it... Thanks... Will have to remember that for future, and it clearly needs some sort of tooltip to indicate that that is required...

This was their fix for the titan base. The titan base prior to latest update is where you got the member research from, but it kept vanishing. So they made it a hidden asset with earth now and once its built, you then do the tech at star fleet science. I know its weird, but at least the fix works. I know it was real annoying when the titan base kept disappearing.

Hi - first off, as everyone says, this is such a great game! Thanks to all the devs.

...but I'm having the same problem as Ruin I think, except that the Titan Base isn't showing up on Earth as a decision I can make. Is there a prerequisite technology or something I have to research before it appears?
