But anyway how you use it is once you have a fleet at your transwarp megastruture system, you go back out to the empire map screen, select the fleet and there will be a catapult icon at the top of the selected fleet. Then you select a system in range (hover over the destination system, it will show you possible locations the fleet will end up) then you left click and the process begins.

I think it kind of sucks compared to the old version but better than nothing...
The Second, The Transwarp Conduit requires one built at the beginning point and end point and unlike the catapult version it just acts as a fairly instant wormhole between any two Transwarp conduits.
Atleast the conduits are automatic. Id love to know how the author of New Horizons made the Borg voice for everything ingame. Id love to be able to make something similar in Voicemod so I could talk to my stream in a Borg voice hehe.
But it may not help you if you wanna speak lively like a true queen borg... Check on google other voice generator, or use a voice modulator software and ask it to multilayer voices (that's how they made the borg voice, with multiple voices added on the same audio line, not just a sound frequency modulator).
