So this has happened twice now, i am sieging an enemy planet, and they accept becoming a vassal or they surrender to another empire and get absorbed, which changes the empire ownership of the planet. This would seem fine, except it immediately triggers the thing where you declare war on an empire while in their space, it ejects my fleet into the nether for 18 months (why is this even a thing anyway). Extremely buggy.
