Yes. You might have missed it, but Stellaris had a major update the other day along with a new DLC. Whenever there is a major update, big overhaul mods will always need to be updated. Roll-back, still works fine in 3.11.3

Right click on the game in your games list. Select properties, then select betas, and pick the beta you want from the drop down. I use 3.11.3 but for that to work, I've found you NEED one of their UI mods.
