Who gets Cloaking?
Just got the new expansion so I can try out Cloaking. I know the Romulans get it, and likely the Klingons. Who else?
I would like to try out the Cardassians, or the Breen maybe? Just curious if anyone can find a list or knows from experience, Thanks.

Great mod, btw. I never bother with regular Stellaris anymore

No one knows? I've been playing Borg again for the hell of it. I'd really like to try out a cloaking race

It's been almost a year since I asked. Does anyone know where to find out who gets cloaking? I would really like to try it out but I don't want to do *another* Romulan play through

I know that from my current Earth playthrough, the Feds do have access to cloaking technology in the tech tree. I don't know where to find out what other empires have it as well, but your Klingon assumption is pretty safe given canon.

The following i know for sure get it

The Romulans
Klingons
Federation with some situationals
The Krenim
Suliban Cabal
The Voth

Unconfirmed

I thought Either the Vidians or the Sona command could as well, but i am probably wrong about this.

Well, damn, that is more info that I have gotten in almost 2 years. Thanks for the info! Perhaps I will try out the Krenim
