Galactic Forum / Galactic Diplomacy
OMG! When was Galactic Diplomacy added into the game!? I have over 1500 hours in ST:NH and ive never noticed this! This is a game changer and AMAZING!! Well done for adding this! This has truly changed the immersion and game.

I currently think my game might be bugged, because wars take place, and then abruptly end with no outcome. Could this be because other nations are using the Galactic Diplomacy function?

If you're trying to load an old save, yes, it's probably bugged given how much would have changed since before the Galactic Forum was introduced...

Is this "Galactic Forum" the traditional Galactic Community of Stellaris? I ask because I haven't seen the Galactic Community being formed in any of my New Horizons runs, even when the typical conditions are met (~70% of existing empires in communication with each other). I even started thinking that it was a disabled feature.

It is disabled... The Galactic Forum is a megastructure that gives the UFP diplomatic buffs in STNH...
