Borg Fleet Assimilation removed?
Sorry if this is buried somewhere in patch notes, but was the Borg's ability to assimilate disengaging ships removed? I've had a fair number of fleet battles and while it might not have been common in the past, it's totally absent now. It was such a fun mechanic (especially when you start cobbling ships together to make a Cube).

Im playing as the Borg currently and I do have transport and military ships assimilated while playing so seems to still be there.
