ST: New Horizons enterprise refit project problem
I cannot get this special project to advance. I have the enterprise in orbit around Earth, and a science ship as well. It shows green to research, taking 5 days. When I hit the research button the science ship icon shows it is researching, but then the whole thing resets. What am I doing wrong?

Use the Enterprise... It shouldn't even be possible with another ship...

I have the NX Enterprise in orbit, along with a Science ship.

on your ship design screen, do you have a second Enterprise flagship? sometimes if you delete one of them that fixes the issue.

I just started a new game. It worked this time, but now the Pavo event won't work (sigh)

I had this issue and worked it out, if any other ship is in orbit of Earth (even if Enterprise is there) the event will force reset, just make sure only Enterprise is there and it will work.
