Ships won't use transwarp hub
Kind of like the title says, I've built three transwarp hubs but my ships won't use them. I can use the quantum catapult and they will end up who knows where, but they don't seem to be able to travel from one hub to the next. As of right now, at least for me, they are worthless

Figured it out, and it is so annoying. I was building the Transwarp Hub from the Ascension tree, which apparently is different than the Transwarp gates you can build later on. Clear as mud
