sadly no, there are a bunch of resources you need but cant be trade like ice, brinzeen nitrate and deuterium, once you get the max amount of ice just ignore the message for nitrate and deuterium keep them on check because you need them to produce and maintain food and energy districts but you also need food and energy to produce them artificially (with the right building) and a deficit on them can easily bankrupt your economy (talking by experience xD)
