If you are not all that techy as well, I recommend for you to download the mod from ModDB. I can provide a video to show you how to install a M&B: Warband mod on a Windows computer. Here is one how-to example.

No MarchofRome_V1.4.5 is not a single player mod. Multi player only.
With having a Mac computer, I recommend to download the mod from ModDB instead. As the Steam Workshop install method is different for the navigation of the File Explorer on a Mac. I can provide video(s) to show you how to install a mod on a Mac computer. Here is one example, practice with navigating the file explorer shown.

No MarchofRome_V1.4.5 does not have a Singleplayer option. It is Multiplayer focused.
Asking many questions there. Server hosting is always an issue. Version 1.4.5 is not a patch in the traditional sense, in this version we focused on many balance changes as well as a fair amount of new content. I will refrain from answering your insult. March of Rome currently has 2 factions, later versions may expand the number of factions. Again, I will refrain from answering your insults. 1.5 is down the pipeline at the moment and I personally do not appreciate your doomsaying. Good day to you.
~~~ TO INSTALL ON STEAM WORKSHOP ~~~
Or choose to download the mod manually from ModDB, your choice.
Maybe in the future, it is not priority right now with development.
