March of Rome is a multiplayer modification for 'Mount and Blade: Warband' set in the Imperial Roman Era under Emperor Trajan. The mod itself is set between the years 14AD-117AD, and the initial version will encompass the conflict between the Roman Empire and numerous Britannic Tribes. Later versions however, will expand the frontier to the far corners of the Empire.

Mod Features

• Three new factions: The Roman Empire, The Britannic Tribes, and The Dacian Confederation.
• Many New Scenes + Remade Native Maps.
• New items and weapons.
• Custom made banners.

Instructions

Important: (For older versions already installed, unsubscribe and subscribe again to download)

1. Click Subscribe to start downloading the mod. Launch M&B: Warband, if necessary to start the download. Then wait for the download to finish before proceeding.

2. Open Windows Explorer to browse your computer's file directory. (It's a light colored folder icon on the taskbar)

3. Navigate to this path: (C:) -> Program Files (x86) -> Steam -> SteamApps -> workshop -> content -> 48700

4. Move the folder (678512585) from '48700' folder to \Modules folder inside the Mount & Blade Warband Steam folder: (C:) -> Program Files (x86) -> Steam -> SteamApps -> common -> MountBlade Warband -> Modules

5. Rename the mod folder from (678512585) to (MoR_2.5) exactly as typed, do not include the parentheses in the mod folder name or you cannot join any updated servers.

6. Launch Warband and select MoR_2.5 in the drop-down menu. The preview icon should display. If there is no preview icon, scroll up/down the list of mods until you find it. (If you crash at the multiplayer main menu or the servers list please tell me, moving the module as above should workaround that issue. Do not attempt to launch a mod with a missing preview icon, it will crash.)
