Why not name it as a Sacrificial Knife?
Artifact is ok, but I think you should capitalize on it being a sacrificial knife, since many of those cultures used sacrifice... though not always with a knife.

Lol no, I didn't mean for it to be named directly as that, just some thing that alluded to the fact that it was a sacrificial knife.
