ONLY works on first time load
The mod only works first time you load the game. If you load another save (or reload the city), it breaks and doesn't work anymore. Only exiting to desktop and restarting the game makes the mod work again

Yes this is what mine does, if i reload a different save from the main menu the time of day and speed function are disabled..
Last update 2017? Time for a checkup or update!
