how do I add bots and how do i set up the gamemode?

Download the gamemode, select it in the game in the lower right corner of the screen, start new game, change a single player on 16 players. To add bots enter "♥♥♥" in the console. To open the editor write "!edit" in the chat

sv_sticktoground 0
sv_airaccelerate 175
That way you can play linear surf maps without a timer in sandbox.
