I am partially not sure whether you are joking or not. Especially because you say this is a hack and you say you code lua in notepad++ but don't even know how to run this.
Read how the workshop works.
You subscribe to it, go into singleplayer or multiplayer depending if the server has the addon and done.
If not then do you have a third party addon that manages something with weapons on spawn and what is it?
Otherwise I will look into this as something may have changed and broke.
I know the sandbox weapons work fine when I tried though I do believe the engine just spawns weapons on you which might explain in a unlikely way why some aren't given to you due to too quick teleportation, but that's just speculation right now.
If you are talking about general positioning then I am not sure I can fix that.
Also I hate workshop updating.
Updated it. Turns out the workshop description was still outdated.
