Revive

Finally I decided to rewrite this. Here are the current features it can do.

FEATURES:
- Can revive you at the place you died.
- Can revive other players at the place they died.
- Toggle public, admin and superadmin access.
- Convar to display a message when players revive themselves through console.
- Developers can use ply:Revive() to revive.

COMMANDS:
• revive -> Simply revives you.
• revive_admin -> Change who is able to revive. (CVAR, 0 = public, 1 = admin, 2 = superadmin, Set to 1 by default.)
• revive_message -> Turn on to display the revive message when a player uses the command 'revive' (CVAR, 0/1, Off by default.)

• revive_prefix -> Allows you to change the custom prefix used to run the command.

DEVELOPERS:
Serverside hook "CanPlayerRevive", passes player who called the revive command and target (caller if self). Return "false" to disallow reviving.
Revive() function in the player metatable.

FAQ:
Q: How do I revive myself?
A: To revive yourself, type "!revive" in chat or type "revive" into console.

Q: Why cant I revive others with "revive" in console?
A: I did not implement that, just use the chat version.

Q: You said use the chat version to revive others, how do I do that?
A: Type "!revive <player name>" in chat.

Q: How can I toggle the revive feature for everyone?
A: "revive_admin_only 0"
