New spyglass crashes ARK

in SE I can spawn a new one though I have one???!! but yesterday I could in both ARK The Island and SE + The Center.
Yesterday morning all worked but later on ARK crashed 4 times with a huge error notice.???!!!
Note: If I have a spyglass I get the old UI , the New? spyglass seems to want to use an New cross hair and crashes. Someone didn't do his homework!
