Today I found out that Eco has left the modding, because toxic people harass her day in and out with negativity about her mods and it has broken her. It makes me sad to hear and I hope she gets better soon.

I just wanted to say that me, my brother and nephew love and appreciate ALL the work you do for the modding community for Ark. I wish more people would tell all of you modders that what you are doing is great! And not complain and bitch about things you get for free.

Thank you! I hope you never feel bad about your modding.

Oh, and also: fck toxic people they can go off and die in a corner.

I love the clean view with this mod, but unfortunately I only get one Dino, instead of the 8 tile radius.

Is it not working anymore ?

@Chisel - there are two spyglasses on this mod, the omnicular and an other one (i forgot the name now but you can just search "glass" on the engram list), i believe that this second one is what you need

Anyone know of a Spyglass mod that works just like the original except with the zoom functionality? I just want zoom and to see animal level, not all stats...

This mod seem to be the best Spyglass mod around, i am looking for the most vanilla possible without the black round scope.
What configurations are available?
Is it possible to only show the stats of the targeted Dino instead of the 8 foundation area?
Is it possible to not show health/torpor at all? (not being possible for another player to toggle it on)
Anyway great job it makes it much cleaner and user friendly then the original! :steamhappy:

Hello, this mod is not showing up for me. I have downloaded it and installed. It is also installed on my server, but the engram just isn't there. I also cannot use the spawn code to make one. What am I doing wrong?

I disagree strongly; I find it perfect for my needs. I've been playing ARK since early alpha days, have tried all the binocular mods out there, and always end up back with this one. (one caveat though, I play mostly solo ). Cheers.

I kind of find it sad that this mod has not been updated in a long while. The name / level of the dino and health show on top of each other which makes it hard to read. The size of the text is inconsistent. It has an interesting style that I like, but it isn't really all that usable.

@Insame PayDuck: It's been a long time since I've used it, but the bino glass was the original design of the mod... I believe it used to open and close gates as an added function (I could be wrong... but I do remember it being annoying, especially when you're taming something and open a gate by mistake,lol)... just use the omni... I've been using it since it was first released and it's my favorite of all the spyglass mods...

I think I asked this question a while back and someone said there were ini options but I can't seem to find them. Are there ini options to adjust the size of text relative to level of dino? On servers with a very high max level cap its hard to see much when a bunch of high level dinos are other eachother.

There's nothing wrong with the mod; I've been using it for over 2 years without issues... the problems you're having are most likely to do with your not completely downloading/installing the mod correctly before you attempt restarting the game. Unsubscribe, uninstall, manually delete the mod files from your pc, then resubscribe... but this time wait until you actually see the mod listed in your active mod list before you start the game. If it isn't in your active mod list, it hasn't installed.

Game does not download omnicular.

Love the mod, I've been using it for a very long time. My only bit of feedback is when you have a server with a higher level cap even the lower level dinos have HUGE names. Is there any way to adjust this in the INI or have it dynamically adjust sizes based on level cap for the server?

Is there a list of all options that can be edited?
Lots of talk here about editing the .ini files but no list or link to list of what can be changed. I'm looking for editing max level for text size (having max lvl 501 in my game) but are interested in what options I have.
I'm probably blind or at the wrong page so any kind person who can help me?

@Orpartlu Gender is displayed by the color of the dino name. Pink is female, Blue is male.

@judqment8 would it be possible to add something to see what tamed dinos/babies sex is. This would really help with our breeding to help us claim the proper mate boosted dinos.

Seems to be an issue with weapon attachments in general. Lots of reports in the discussion section about vanilla flashlights and laser sights. Best to just wait for a fix from the devs for now.

At least we know it isn't us LeonaLens. I had to rebind all my key bindings after the patch, and was worried the problem I was having was something I did. Put my notice in the Bug Reports; hopefully Judgment 8 will be able to fix it soon!

After last night's big ARK update/patch, the 'N' key for Torpor display is no longer working, at least for me. Anyone else?
