Hide Engram
Here is command you can use in case you want to hide the "new" Omnicular. This goes into the game.ini file:

OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_Omnicular_C",EngramHidden=true)

what if we want to hide the binoglass, and keep omnicular ?

just use command
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_Binoglass_C",EngramHidden=true)
