Is there an easy way to disable spawn ships from this mod besides removing the mod?
I want a game where the only new player spawn option is Earth, however I would
like to keep the other things this mod adds.

I have another mod that allows only Earth spawn, but the spawn ships from this mod
break that mod. even when I change the load order.
